Terms for Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to birdhuh.skin and the services Birdhuh Septic offers through it. Using the website, placing a call through its displayed number or sending a form means you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

The Role We Play

Birdhuh Septic offers referral and marketing services that connect homeowners with independent septic and sewer services providers. Tank pumping, septic system and drainfield repair, sewer line repair and other plumbing work are outside our role. We are not part of any agreement between you and a provider.

What Providers Handle

Each provider is a separate business. Its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct are its sole responsibility. Providers in our network operate independently. Birdhuh Septic does not direct or supervise their work. We make no promises about availability, response times, work or outcomes.

Before you hire, check credentials, request proof of license and insurance, and ask for a written quote.

Limits of Site Information

Website content offers general information, not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges reflect typical U.S. figures. Actual costs depend on the job, and those ranges are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where relevant, also check with your insurer and local health department.

Your Part When Using the Site

You agree to provide accurate details when contacting us and to use the website lawfully. Misusing the site, interfering with its operation or attempting access without permission is not allowed.

Contact About Your Request

Making a call through the site or submitting a form gives us and the provider we connect you with permission to contact you about that request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop contacting you at any time, email contact@birdhuh.skin.

Ownership of Site Materials

Birdhuh Septic or its licensors own this website's content and design. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission.

Liability and Website Condition

As far as the law permits, Birdhuh Septic accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from website use, provider services or agreements you make with a provider. The website comes "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

When These Terms Change

We may revise these terms at any time. Continuing to use the website after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
