How to Report a Problem

Birdhuh Septic aims for fair, honest dealings with every homeowner who gets in touch. Tell us when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You can report concerns about:

• Your experience contacting Birdhuh Septic, including by phone
• The way your personal information was handled
• Website information that seems wrong or unclear
• The behavior of a provider we referred you to

When the Concern Is About Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. For a problem involving septic, sewer line or plumbing work, usually start with the provider. Keep a written record of the issue and your contact with them.

Please tell us as well. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated problems may lead to a provider's removal. Birdhuh Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund payments for provider work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Send the Details

Write to contact@birdhuh.skin with:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you dialed or form you submitted, if remembered
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what action you want us to take

How We Handle Your Report

We will confirm receipt by email, generally within a few business days. We will then review the matter. That review may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, we will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Requesting Another Look

If our response does not address your concern, reply and request a further review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, the state licensing board or local health department may be able to assist.
