This disclosure explains what Birdhuh Septic does and how it may receive payment. You should have a clear picture of both. This is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Part in Your Service Request

Birdhuh Septic provides referral and marketing services, connecting homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. Septic tank pumping, septic system and drainfield repair, sewer line repair and other plumbing services are not work we perform.

A call to the number displayed here or a submitted form may be directed to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner working with plumbing and septic providers serving your area.

What We May Be Paid For

Providers or marketing partners may pay Birdhuh Septic for referred calls, form submissions or other referrals. Factors such as call length or whether someone answers may affect payment. We may receive payment even when you choose not to hire.

These payments do not alter the price the provider charges you. For work you approve, you pay the provider directly at the provider's own prices.

Who Answers for the Work

Providers operate separate businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Birdhuh Septic. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Quotes, charges and terms
• Work quality and timing
• Licenses, insurance, permits and certifications
• Communication and conduct with you

A connection does not amount to an endorsement of a provider's work. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which providers are participating in our network at that time.

Hiring Remains Your Decision

A referral creates no obligation to hire. Before deciding, we encourage you to ask questions, check licenses, obtain a written quote and compare quotes from other providers.

Tracking and Recording Calls

Calls placed through this website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
